Danger-powered devices are handheld devices that deliver Danger's mobile Internet platform to the mass market. Danger partners with wireless operators to brand and market these devices directly to consumers worldwide. For instance, T-Mobile uses the Sidekick brand, while other operator partners have elected to use the hiptop
® brand name from Danger. Applications on Danger-powered devices include:

- E-mail with attachments (PDF, word & image)
- Instant messaging (Currently AOL and Yahoo! Messenger are supported)
- Full-featured mobile phone: can place against ear, use headset, or use speakerphone

What wireless network will the Danger platform support?
The Danger platform is designed to work with all operator networks, although it is currently available only on the GSM/GPRS voice/data network.

Can users synchronize their data with a PC or Mac?
Danger now offers PIM data synchronization with Microsoft
® Outlook
® through Intellisync
® Software (available through select operators) and with Macs through MarkSpace software. Since the product's inception, the device has been able to synchronize wirelessly to the Desktop Interface available from any computer with Internet access.
